USEFUL ADVICE

EACH REED DIFFUSER AND CANDLE IS DEVELOPED IN OUR LONDON STUDIO AND IS TESTED UNTIL PERFECT.

  REED DIFFUSER

  1. It is very important to use all the bamboo reeds accompanied with the fragrance.
  2. On first use it is necessary to let the reeds soak for an hour and then turn them over.
  3. To adjust the intensity of the home fragrance, the reeds provided must be turned at least once daily.
  4. The bamboo reeds that accompany each diffuser are designed to keep the colour of the fragrance stable.
DURATION AND POSITIONING
  1. The duration of a fragrance depends on the size of the space in which it is located, the temperature, direct sunlight and air currents can speed up evaporation.
  2. The amount of oxygen in the bottle will affect the rate of evaporation. 
  3. We suggest to make the fragrance last longer, buy a refill of your fragrance and use it to keep the level of the liquid at the recommended height.
  4. Keep the fragrance away from heat sources
  5. Keep away from children
  6. Keep away from eyes. If product gets into eye, rinse throughly with water. If irritation persists, get medical advice immediately. 

CANDLES

  1. Before lighting, the candle must be placed in a vertical position on a flat horizontal and heat resisted surface.
  2. Do not place the candle on a polished, varnished or painted surface, on electrical equipment, near or over sources of heat.
  3. Do not place the candle near air currents.
  4. From the second time onwards of lighting the candle, it is advisable to mildly trim the wick, always maintain the length of at least 1.5cm.
  5. Never light the candle on or near flammable materials.
  6. Keep the candle burning away from children and pets.
  7. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  8. Make sure that the melted wax is free of matches and other debris to avoid flames.
  9. Make sure that the wax melts up to the walls of the candle
  10. Always leave a space of at least 15cm between two lit candles
  11. Do not move a lit candle
  12. Always extinguish the flame, do not blow on it.
  13. Never use liquid to extinguish candle.
